Last Saturday (4/21) I scheduled a test drive in a 2009 Volvo S80. Tim Carder greeted my wife and I and was ready to go. He was friendly and engaging without being pushy. I had done my research on the car and was halfway sold before I got there. The test drive got me that much closer. I was asked what I thought. I gave the car an 8. Tim asked what would make it a 10. I pointed out it was $600 over KBB. My wife added that it could use a wash, detail and gas. Tim said, "Done." I can't remember having a better experience at a dealership. From the time we got there until I drove off was not much more than 90 minutes. Our time at the Kendall Value Lot concluded with a brief visit with Judie B. in Finance. Judie is a firecracker! To say she is a hoot is an understatement. Super car, great price and excellent customer service best defines our experience at Kendall. Fair and friendly goes a long way. Give them a try. I had such an awesome experience there yesterday. I had Hector Diaz helping me. He was so friendly and helpful. I felt no pressure at all. Everyone greeted us with a smile. Lots of great vehicles come through this lot. You have to be quick on nice models because they go quick. I purchased a gmc sierra with low miles that was there only 3 days and the truck had some issues the night of the purchase and they are getting my truck in the shop pronto and fixing the issues with no expense to me. I have bought new from kendall and now used as well and they go above and beyond. Sales guy Tim is a down to earth sales guy and made it quick and hassle free and the finance department is quick and explains everything while getting you out the door in a new to you ride feeling confident you made a great purchase. All of kendalls lots are awesome!
We had an excellent experience with Kendall when buying our truck !! Our sales guy was GREG and he was HONEST, respectful and just all around a good guy !! He talked to us like a human being which we haven't experienced at other lots. His boss was amazing to going above and beyond to help us enjoy our truck because he truly cared . Their not just talk , they really back up everything they say and more because they really want to do what's right as to others and make sure you have a great experience!! Ask for GREG you won't regret it!! We will be lifelong customers with them because now there is so much TRUST which is hard to find but very crucial when spending so much money !!!!!!!!!!!
I have never given a 5 star rating anywhere (especially a car dealership), however my experience with the Kendall Value Lot was beyond my expectations. Lonn Hill was the representative that helped me and I can't say enough how pleasant, entertaining, and engaging he is, I will be a return customer from my experience here and truly hope I can work with Lonn again. Fernando helped me through the financing portion of the process, he was very nice and thoughtful. He thoroughly went through every option available to me and was able to get me an unbelievable deal. These guys jumped through hoops and left me with nothing but great things to say about them, thank you Lonn and Fernando you guys rock!
