This is written based ony dealings with the Kendell Value Lot. Details: I purchased a CRV from the good folks at Kendell. There was no pressure, no games - just very polite attentive service. I was most impressed with the candor. They readily provided service and financial records prior to negotiating a price. They disclosed all known issues with the vehicle and negotiated in good faith. Even during negotiating, they respectfully explained their position and worked hard to make me happy. And that is exactly what they did - I got a great price after a respectful and meaningful negotitation.But what impressed me most was what happened afterwards. After purchasing the car, there was a slight shimmy that developed while shifting. Having bought many used cars, motorcycles, and ATVs over my life, I assumed they would tell me buyer beware and leave me stuck with expensive repairs. I suspect they would have been within their rights to do so. That did not happen. Fernando, the manager promptly addressed the issue. It was a very difficult and expensive problem to diagnose, but they took it all the way to the dealership to make sure it was repaired right. Despite considerable costs, they gladly spent it to make sure I was satisfied. They also gave me a free loaner while the repairs were done. OUTSTANDING! Also, Fernando kept me updated and was very diligent in communicating. He has the manners of the finest gentlemen as he discussed and informed me of what was going on. Do business with Fernando!If you are like me, you usually dread going to cat lots. You have a sense they are trying to read you, con you, and play psychological games. Not at the Kendell Value Lot. They are forthright in their dealings. But their honesty and customer service isn't simply excellent by a car dealership standard, they are excellent by any business standard! Also, you can buy with confidence from them. They inspect and repair major issues with cars. You can rest easy buying here. All in all, I am very hard to impress. But this dealership has earned my recommendation, gratitude, and commendation. Please consider this dealership. I told some of my co-workers I was looking to buy a used truck and they all suggested Kendall because of the service. I bought a Nissan Titan from the value lot and 10 days after it wouldn't start. Fernando Ramirez got me set up in a loaner while they fixed my truck and they paid for the towing. Was never a hassle or anything when I called to talk to them about the situation. Great service from buying to fixing the issue with the starter. When it comes time for another vehicle for myself or maybe for my teenage son i'll be going back to Kendall.
